How can I cancel my hotel room reservations?

If you booked using the official Worldwide Rally hotel link, contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation. If you wish to keep your reservation, please reach out to the hotel directly to ensure your reservation is kept. Mandalay Bay Toll free number: 1-877-632-9001.

How can I cancel my hotel room block that was not at Mandalay Bay or Delano?

If you did not book within the official Worldwide Rally hotel link, you will need to cancel directly with the hotel.

What should I do with my travel arrangements?

Travel arrangements made for the event are your responsibility to cancel. Confirm with your travel agent as waivers may apply.

I had a side meeting booked prior/after Worldwide Rally. How can I reschedule the meeting?

If you booked a side meeting through the side meeting request, then your meeting has been canceled. If you booked your side meeting offsite or at an onsite restaurant you are responsible to cancel.

My team/organization is scheduled to hold a social event during the conference. How can I cancel my orders?

Please contact the hotel/restaurant representative that you worked with to make the arrangements. They will be able to assist you.

My team/organization wants to hold the pre/post Worldwide Rally meeting as planned; can we move forward?

The Worldwide Rally has been cancelled which cancels all meeting space that was associated with the Worldwide Rally. You will need to contact the venue directly to make new arrangements.

I was invited to receive an award during the conference. How will I receive the recognition?

Recognition of your achievement is important. Once determined, we will contact all award recipients and provide details about how they will receive their recognition.
