By booking a reservation with the Luxor Hotel, you agree to the following terms:

• All rates are quoted in USD
• Room rates and availability are limited
• Standard Check-In: 3:00 PM
• Standard Checkout: 11:00 AM
• Guests must be 21 to check-in
• A $25.00 USD Daily Resort Fee, plus applicable taxes, will be added to your reservation at check-in.
• A $75.00 USD Daily (max $300.00 USD) incidental hold will be placed  cc to cover room charges of damages at check-in. 

Please note, incidental hold is in addition to nightly room, tax & resort fee charges, and is released at check-out, but may take 3-10 days to reflect on your account based on your bank.

• There is an additional charge $35.00 USD per night, per occupant above two per room, regardless of age.
• A deposit of the first night's room & tax is required at time of booking.
• Estimated taxes are based on current tax rates (subject to change as permitted by applicable law). Additional taxes, if any will be due upon check-in.
• Every effort to accommodate special requests will be made, but we are unable to guarantee them as rooms are not assigned until check-in. Additional fees may apply depending on the specific requests.
• All cancellations require 72 hours notice to cancel and receive a refund of deposit.

Have passport, will travel! 

If you are traveling to Rally on a non-US passport from outside the United States, you may require a visa or visa waiver (ESTA) for entry to the United States.  Be sure to apply early!  Our partners at VisaHQ can help if needed. 

While in Las Vegas, be sure to lock your passport and other travel documents in your in-room safe and keep a copy of your passport separate from the original. 

 

Need a Lift?

If you plan on taking an Uber or Lyft from the airport to the hotel, be sure to follow the signs for RideShare pick-up.  This is located up an elevator and across a walkway, in a different building than baggage claim.

If you prefer to grab a taxi, doing so at the airport is easy!  The line starts right outside the baggage claim area.  While there is often a very long line with a winding queue, it usually moves very quickly.

For return transfers, just head to the taxi stand outside the hotel and the bellman will whistle one into place.

 

Distances are NOT closer than they appear!  

The Las Vegas Strip is four miles long, so while you can easily walk the whole thing over the course of a day (or night), different resorts can actually be much farther away than you’d think. It can take up to 20 or 30 minutes just to get to the next hotel! 

There is a short express tram that begins at Mandalay Bay, makes a stop at Luxor and ends at Excalibur.  The entire ride is just 7 minutes and runs daily from 11am to 10:30pm.  (Saving you a 40min walk!) 

If you want to meet friends, grab a bite, or take in a show at a neighboring hotel, consider exploring the walkways inside and between casinos so you can stay indoors in the air conditioning. 

 

Be cab savvy

If all the rally festivities don't wear you out, and you chose to hit the town, note that cabs are not allowed to pick customers up off the strip. If you want to grab a cab, you’ll need to head to the nearest hotel and be prepared to wait. Hotel taxi stands are the only place drivers are permitted to pick up customers and wait times can be 30 minutes or longer, especially between 6 and 8 PM. 

 

General Safety Tips  

• Secure travel documents & valuables in your in-room safe.
• Carry your wallet in the inside front pocket of your pants or your jacket.
•  Carry shoulder bags or other hand-bags under your arm, not by the handle. (Crossbody or Slingbags carried in front are best.)
• While sitting at a restaurant or bar, keep your purse or bag in your lap, not over the back of the chair. 
• Never leave a bag unattended. 

• Be alert, particularly in crowded situations. Staged distractions are a favorite ploy of pickpockets.  

• Take Caution around costumed characters!  Be warned: if you stop for a photo, they will expect you to pay for it! 

• Keep your eyes up, your ears open, and your phone down on city streets and on public transportation. This will lower the chance of theft and keep you safe on Las Vegas’ busy streets.
