Large Group Reserved SEating

Groups of 50 or more can request reserved seating in the arena for all General Sessions.

Deadline to request reserved seating is March 15, 2026 by 11:59 p.m. (ET)

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests, priority will be given to groups within the Rally room block.

Attendees must wear their badges to access reserved seating. 

Groups that are not seated at least 10 minutes before the general session begins may lose their reserved seats, which will then be released to other attendees.

Reserved seating is not guaranteed.

Group seating assignments will rotate from prior Rallies.

Requesting group seating does not register attendees for Rally.  To register attendees, please use this link 

The following items cannot be brought into Michelob ULTRA Arena.   

• Laser Pointers 

• Umbrellas 

• Drones 

• Coolers 

• Suitcases of any size 

• Strollers 

• Large Duffel Bags
