Standard Catering Packages & AV

What’s Included? 

After the side meeting request form is completed you’ll have 2 hours of meeting planning support from ConferenceDirect. The cost of each meeting request is a non-refundable $300 USD. It includes:

  • Review AV and Food & Beverage selection  

  • Developing a preliminary budget 

  • Up to two revisions of menu/setup/AV 

  • Submitting AV and Food & Beverage orders to the appropriate contacts  

  • 1 (one) 28 inch x 44 inch foam board professionally printed sign outside of each meeting room, with an easel. Printed single side only

 

Food, Beverage and AV Costs Billed by Hotel 

Food, Beverage, and AV, and other service costs are not included. If you choose to add food, beverages and/or audio-visual requests to your meeting, all special services will be billed directly from the hotel. 

Graphic design and photography services are also available for an additional cost.

 

All side meeting requestors bringing in additional materials or giveaways, must dispose of their own trash. If needing trash disposal, please note the current fees apply:

Advanced Rate (confirmed prior to arrival)  $24.00 per hour, per person
Show Rate (confirmed onsite) $29.00 per hour, per person

 

2026 MANDALAY BAY MENU RANGES FOR BUDGETING

The pricing below includes the lowest to highest cost menu pricing for 2025 for each type of event, with service charges (25%) and taxes (8.75%) added.  Please use these ranges to ensure proper budgeting for your event. 

*The rates below reflect a 3% adjustment to account for the average annual increase in food and beverage costs. Menus for 2026 are not yet available, and final pricing will be based on the confirmed 2026 menu items and costs.

Notes: 

  • Groups under 15 persons will have modified menus. 
  • Cash bar minimum $1200.00 *note alcoholic drinks will be more expensive with a cash bar option*
  • Please provide your dietary requirements prior to submitting final menus to the hotel *Specialty menus may incur additional charges*
  • Kosher and Halal meals along with other special dietary needs can be accommodated for an additional fee (please request as needed)
  • Swapping items from current menu selections, will be at the discretion of the chef
  • Suggested bartender and attendant numbers should be considered 1 to every 100 guests. 
  • Final menu selections are due to the hotel 30 days prior to arrival
  • Final guarantees (number of attendees) due to the hotel 72 hours prior to arrival
  • Pop up events requested onsite or less than 1 week prior to arrival are subject to additional fees

2025 Mandalay Catering Menu. Please note that pricing on the menu does not include the additional 25% service fee, nor the 8.375% sales tax.  Final budgets will be based on the 2026 menus and pricing.
